Planning applications

Our planning authority is the South Downs National Park (although they delegate all but the largest planning applications to Chichester District Council). We are consulted by the planning department on any applications in our parish and our planning committee meets whenever there are appications to consider. Notices of these meetings are shown in the "council meetings" calendar on the "About the council" menu left, as well as on our noticeboards, and members of the public (including applicants) are welcome to attend these meetings.

To search for planning applications, click the link below. This will take you to a map of the South Downs (you may have to wait for the map to load). If you then zoom in to the area that interests you, you will see all properties with applications outlined in red. Click on one of these and you will get a summary of the application and a link to the full details.
