Parish council meetings

Council meetings are usually held on the fourth Wednesday of every other month (starting in January), usually at 6pm in the Borden village hall, Southdowns Manor or St George's church, Trotton. The public are welcome to attend the meetings but are asked to inform the clerk (see below) in advance so that he can ensure suitable facilities are prepared - see the "What's on" page for more information.

PC meeting agendas are published on our website (see links on the appropriate meeting on the "What's on" page) and noticeboards at least 3 days in advance and the minutes are published in the same way within a week (but usually a day or two) afterwards.
